Blimey, I had no idea how many clever folk I know..
ReplyDeleteOops. I forgot about that view of it. I was thinking about it from the opposite direction. I figured he meant that a really clever man would realize not to alienate everyone by showing so plainly how much more clever he is than they are. In short, to remain sociable and accepted. Of course, I find it hard to do that, and that's why my interpretation is, as usual, warped.
