You can find Octogenarian in my Blog List in the sidebar, but I happened across an older post that I'd missed on his site and I enjoyed it very much—interesting that he'd known Rachel Carson, who wrote the book "Silent Spring" and greatly impressed me when I was a teenager. Anyway, I haven't posted about any one's Intelligent Post in a long time, so I guess I have not been doing my job! I therefore recommend that you READ THIS It was great fun for me! Those of you whose blog reading habits are not set in stone ought to give this guy a glance; he's been places and done things and his memoirs beats the hell out of you and me!
